I'm Runa – and I hold a space for you where you may find your way back to stillness.

Do you know that feeling when your body is crying out for rest?

Your neck is tense, your back makes itself known, your thoughts find no rest in the evening. You function – but deep inside you sense a quiet longing: for stillness, for breath, for a real connection to yourself. That is exactly what my space in Berlin-Pankow is here for. Here you may set down what has grown heavy, and feel once again what it is like to be fully with yourself.

My path began in 1994 with my training as a masseuse and medical bath attendant, which I completed in 1997 – complemented by an internship at a Berlin hospital. Even back then I was fascinated by how closely body, mind and soul are connected: that relaxed shoulders often mean a relaxed heart. Over the years, the classical masseuse became a holistically working therapist who accompanies you with experience and a fine sense for what truly matters.

With me, it's not about perfect postures or performance. It's about mindful sensing, about the loving encounter with yourself – and about that blissful moment when your breath deepens and the tension falls away from you. In small, protected groups you'll find room to be entirely yourself. Just as you come today, you are exactly right.

I deeply believe that true wellbeing arises holistically – in the body, in the breath, in the heart. For me, yoga is far more than movement on the mat: it is a gentle invitation to move through life with more mindfulness and compassion. In my work I weave together the wisdom of many traditions into something that nourishes and strengthens you – earthy and warm, without dogma.

I meet you right where you are – whether you're stepping onto a yoga mat for the first time or have been practising for years.
