Allow yourself to fully arrive
A week in which nothing is asked of you – except to be here.
You've sensed it for a while now: your mind is full, your shoulders are tense, your to-do list is endless. You keep functioning – but you long for real calm, for depth, for the feeling of being with yourself again. This is exactly what this retreat is for.
Imagine: you wake up to the song of birds instead of an alarm clock. The day begins gently on the mat while the sun rises and your breath grows calmer. In the evening you sit in a warm circle, carried by mantras and stillness, and feel the tension of the past months falling away from you layer by layer. This retreat isn't a vacation to “tick off” – it is a loving invitation to breathe again.
In a small, intimate group I hold a protected space for you: a place without expectations, where you may let go, recharge and connect with other women as equals. Daily yoga practice, shamanic healing work, nourishing food and the stillness of nature weave together into a week that sends you home changed – more spacious, softer, fully at one with yourself.
And don't worry: you don't need to be able to do anything. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or have been practising for years – I meet you exactly where you are. Here there's no pressure to perform, only your own rhythm.
