Do you know that feeling when your mind just won't stop racing? When your shoulders creep up to your ears, your back aches, and you long for a place where you are simply allowed to be? That is exactly the place I create for you. For me, yoga is far more than physical exercises on the mat – it is a coming home to yourself. In my studio in Berlin-Pankow I teach Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga in small, personal groups. It's not the perfect posture that matters, but your very own experience.

Imagine how you rise from the mat after an hour: your breath deep and calm, your back longer and freer, the inner noise gone quiet. I am deeply convinced of this – every body can practise yoga. Whether you step onto the mat for the very first time or have been practising for years, I meet you exactly where you are right now. With mindfulness, conscious breath and gentle, sensitive adjustments, I accompany you in feeling your body anew and letting go of old ballast.

You don't have to dig deep into your pocket for this: my prevention courses are certified under § 20 SGB V (Zentrale Prüfstelle Prävention) and are subsidised by most statutory health insurers by up to 80 %. And when everyday life leaves no time for the trip to the studio, we practise online – so your island of calm always stays within reach.

Gently strengthening and deeply releasing – perfect for beginners and anyone who would like to return. Tuesdays 19:15–20:30, as an 8- or 10-week course that reliably carries you through the week.
