Training with small equipment

Do you know that pulling sensation in your lower back after a long day? That feeling of going through life somehow slumped over? Pilates works exactly where your strength is created – in your centre. We work with conscious, controlled movement and with the breath that carries every exercise. You feel how your body rises up from within.

And that doesn't stay on the mat. After just a few weeks you notice it in everyday life: you stand taller, lift the shopping bags more easily, sit longer without tension. Your back becomes calmer, your stance more secure – as if you had found an inner support that carries you.

Whether classic Pilates, targeted back fitness or gentle training for the time before and after birth – I meet you exactly where you are right now. In small groups I see every participant, correct gently and adapt every exercise to your body. Here you don't have to be able to do anything and you don't have to prove anything. You may feel safe and grow at your own pace.

My Pilates courses are certified as prevention courses under § 20 SGB V (Zentrale Prüfstelle Prävention). This means: your statutory health insurance covers up to 80 % of the costs. Just ask your health insurance fund – or write to me, I'll be happy to help.
